llList2Float

float llList2Float(list ListVariable, integer Index)

Copies the float at Index in the list.

Returns the value at Index in the specified list. If Index describes a location not in the list, or the value cannot be type-cast to a float, then zero is returned.

Caveats

A string of hexadecimal notation (e.g. "0x12A") or scientific notation (e.g. "6.2e+1") will be parsed as float and contain the correct value, within the limitations of the float type.
