llList2Rot
rotation llList2Rot(list ListVariable, integer Index)Copies the rotation at Index in the list.
Returns the value at Index in the specified list. If Index describes a location not in the list, or the value cannot be type-cast to rotation, thenZERO_ROTATION is returned.
Parameters
-
ListVariable(list) -
Index(integer)

Section titled “Caveats”- When used to typecast from a string it will result in a
ZERO_ROTATION - A true typecast will solve this:
(rotation)llList2String(src, index); - Unfortunately, if it was already a rotation type, using
llList2Stringwill cause the decimal values to be truncated to six decimal places.
